Trademark

"Averra AI" and the Averra AI triangular logo are trademarks of Averra AI Pty Ltd. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, product names, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Software Licence

The Platform software is proprietary and confidential. No part of the software may be copied, modified, distributed, sublicensed, or reverse-engineered without the express written permission of Averra AI Pty Ltd. Enterprise customers receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform solely for internal security operations purposes as set out in their enterprise agreement.

Third-Party Components

The Platform incorporates open-source components used in accordance with their respective licences, including:

Tailwind CSS — MIT Licence
Lucide Icons — ISC Licence
Groq SDK — Apache 2.0

AI Model Attribution

Policy intelligence is powered by the LLaMA 3.3 70B language model, operated via Groq Cloud infrastructure. LLaMA 3.3 is developed by Meta AI and used in accordance with Meta's community licence. Generated outputs are post-processed and validated by Averra AI and do not constitute advice from Meta or Groq.

Permitted Sharing

Downloadable outputs generated by the Platform (such as JSON/XML policy files) may be used internally within the customer's organisation. These outputs may not be redistributed commercially or represented as an independent product.
