1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Averra AI platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including security engineers, administrators, and enterprise customers.
2. Description of Service
Averra AI provides an AI-driven network security policy management platform that ingests firewall rules and network traffic logs, generates policy recommendations, and simulates deployment impact. The Platform is intended for use by authorised security professionals within their own enterprise environments.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes within your authorised enterprise environment. You agree not to: (a) upload data belonging to third parties without authorisation; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the Platform; (c) use the Platform to conduct unauthorised penetration testing or attacks; (d) share access credentials with unauthorised parties.
4. Data and Privacy
Network flow logs and firewall rule data you provide are processed solely to generate policy recommendations. In the current MVP, all processing occurs in-session and no customer data is persisted beyond the active session. Averra AI does not sell or share customer network data with third parties.
5. AI-Generated Recommendations
Policy recommendations generated by Averra AI are advisory in nature. All recommendations must be reviewed and approved by a qualified security professional before any deployment. Averra AI accepts no liability for security incidents arising from the deployment of recommendations without human review.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Averra AI Pty Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Averra AI does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will be complete or accurate for all environments. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averra AI Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, security breaches, or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
